General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop "Mila24.shop". The provider and contracting party is:

Mila-Moments and Lifestyle, Leharstraße 4, 69256 Mauer (hereinafter referred to as "provider" or "we").

2. Conclusion of the contract

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

(2) By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart.

(3) The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.

3. Prices and payment terms

• Credit card (via payment service provider)

4. Delivery and Shipping

(1) Delivery is only available within Germany.

(2) Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.

(3) Shipping costs are displayed during the order process and are borne by the customer.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal:

Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mila - Moments and Lifestyle Leharstraße 4, 69256 Mauer) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post).

Consequences of the revocation

In the event of a cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).

7. Warranty

The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

9. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
